Sleep regression in under one

Webinar with a Sleep Expert Julie Heginbottom

Julie supports families privately through Telephone Consultation through to 24 hour support. Sleep is vital for our well-being, growth and development. Yet many babies struggle in achieving Healthy Sleep patterns. Working with babies from newborn through to children of 8 years old Julie has seen how sleep is never truly linear. Understanding what happens in sleep and the reasons why the process changes depending on age, development and circumstance can enable Sleep Practitioners to share this with clients so they are able to recognise ‘Normal Sleep’ and to understand how to support through more challenging periods.

What is a webinar?

You may have come across the term ‘seminar’ – this is ‘an occasion when a teacher or expert and a group of individuals meet to study and discuss something’.

It is very similar to lecture, and generally allows for discussion via questions form the individuals.

A webinar is the same thing, just hosted on the internet. Rather than the group being physically in the same place as the teacher, this is done online with people joining remotely.

How webinar works?

Once you sign up, you will receive a link to the webinar. At the scheduled time (or a few minutes beforehand), you will use the link to join, and you will be taken to a page  where you will see out trainer with a PowerPoint presentation behind . The trainer will be live and you will be able to ask questions, either emailing us prior to the webinar, or by typing in real time during the webinar.
You will be able to join the webinar on your PC , tablet or your phone – it’s that easy.
And if you end up not being able to attend the webinar, don’t worry, we’ll send you a recorded version afterwards.
